High Purity Alumina Metallized Ceramic Tubing
We take use of advanced technology to provide industry extensive metallized ceramics, it covers a selection of raw materials to be the base of metallized ceramic components, for example aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, beryllia, nitride aluminum. These metallized ceramic parts are used in critical assemblies brazed in high vacuum technology, medical technology, sensor technology, military and aerospace.
We are able to manufacture a diversity of different specification metallized ceramic tube from different design to different dimensions. Very small part-size to large part-size is availability, the min. diameter can be 1 mm, the largest diameter is up to 800 mm.
The typical plating included as below:
1. Raw ceramic + Molybdenum/Manganese (Mo/Mn) , or Tungsten (W) metallization
2. Raw ceramic + Mo/Mn metallization + Nickle plating 3.Raw ceramic + W metallization + Nickle plating 4.Raw ceramic + W metallization + Gold plating
We are capable of achieve different grade precision level via fine grinding, CNC machining, cutting processes.
The finest tolerance can be +/-0.01 for overall dimensions. Also glazing treatment on internal, or external surface can be done by ourselves.
